Mumbai Police has established ten squads to look into the event, and Mr. Khan is currently recovering.
During an alleged break-in at his Mumbai home early on Thursday morning (January 16, 2025), Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan was stabbed with a knife by an assailant, causing multiple injuries.
After the incident, which occurred at around 2:30 am at his 12-story home in the Satguru Sharan building in the Bandra district, the intruder left the area.
Six injuries were incurred by Saif: two minor, two intermediate, and two deep. One of the injuries is near the spine on the back. The procedure is performed by a neurosurgeon,” stated Dr. Uttamani, COO of Lilavati Hospital.
Following his medical operation, Saif’s team reported that the actor “is out of danger” after his recovery.
“The physicians are keeping an eye on his progress while he recovers. The police are looking into the situation, and all family members are safe,” the statement read.
DCP Dixit Gedam attested to the fact that the intruder entered the premises with the purpose to commit burglary.
